Hey babe..
Correct me if im wrong; topshop sizings are in UK and US ya? It can fit Uk 6-10(model is a small 10) according to topshop UK sizings.

Measurements as below:
Across model's shoulder: 15.5" (its hard to measure the pit to pit thus ive provided the model's shoulder length for u to gauge)
Across bust area when laid flat: 15"-15.5"
Length from top down: 31"-32"
